- Swimmers called to Ready Area at 5:15pm
- Event 1 begins with Swimmers in the water at 5:30pm
Note that there are no 6&Under Events and no Relays for this Meet, so it does tend to run very fast; estimate end-time is around 8pm.
WRISTBANDS: Parents will need a wristband for each of their swimmer(s) age group(s). Stands will be cleared between each age group, spectators will only be allowed to go into the stands during their assigned “age group/color”. Wristbands will be available at the security in each gym.
2. CALL-UPS & MAKING CHAMP TIMES: At Reserve Meet, if a swimmer makes a Champ Time, they automatically qualify & are registered for the Champ Meet (There is no additional fee; and no penalty for not coming to Champ).
- Top Reserve Times may also be invited to Champ in order to fill a Heat (no additional fee; and no penalty for not coming to Champ).
- For example: If the Champ meet has 3 swimmers in the last heat, the top 5 finishers from the Reserve meet will be OFFERED to swim at the Champ meet on Saturday.
- The coaches will contact the families. It is not required and does not hurt the team (i.e., not considered a scratch if the swimmer chooses to say no). If one turns down the call up there will not be another swimmer called up for their place.)
- When results are posted, you will know whether or not your swimmer is invited to Champ
