Postseason Information
CHAMP WEEK PRACTICES
- Monday June 22, 2026 - Friday June 26, 2026
- 11 & Up 8:15 - 9:15
- 10 & Under 9:20-10:20
All Post-Season Meets will occur in a fast pool, at indoor Natatoriums, using Touch-Pads.
NEW THIS YEAR: you can pay online when you declare your participation in Swimtopia!
- Go to the Online Store tab on our webpage, and put names and events of your swimmer(s) in the personalization box so we can verify your payment with your swimmer entries
Special notes for the 6&U and 8&U crowd:
- There are no 6&Under events (they swim as 8&U)
- All 8&U events will start at the foot of the pool (not the blocks), and swim 25 yards up to the Touch-Pads.
LAST CHANCE MEET Monday June 22, 2026, Meet starts at 6pm; Clear Springs High School
Purpose: Allows swimmers one “LAST CHANCE” to make a Reserve or Champ time
Who can attend: Any swimmer may swim any event to get a better time.
Noteworthy: No relays in this meet
- NO LIMIT on the number of events a swimmer can do at this meet (normally there is a limit of 3 individual events)
- No volunteer commitment
- Tent outside, swim inside
- Limited concessions (BYO dinner)
Requirements
- have attended 2 regular season meets
- register and pay online or in-person at the pool 1pm-2pm Sunday June 21
Note: the deadline to declare is Sunday at 2pm, whether in person or online. If you miss our deadline, you may do an on-deck entry for $20 per swimmer, per entry at the door. No deck entries will be accepted for Events 1-10.

Requirements
- make a qualifying time* (13&Up does not need a qualifying time for Reserve)
- have attended 2 regular season meets
- register online or in-person at the pool during practices on Tuesday June 23
- pay the $10 per swimmer, per event fee online or in-person by 10:20am Tuesday, June 23
- Swimmers are limited to 3 total individual events for both Champ Series meets**
- The Team pays for Relay entries but accepts donations
- fulfill a 2-hour adult-volunteer obligation for whichever meets you attend
Reserve Meet: Friday June 26, 2026 with a 5:30pm Meet Start
Purpose: like a Junior-Varsity Meet
Who can attend: Swimmers 12 & under with a Reserve time and swimmers 13&Up who do not already have a Champ time in an event. (*13&Up does not need a qualifying time to attend the Reserve Meet).
Noteworthy: No relays.
- If a swimmer makes a Champ Time at Reserve, they automatically qualify & are registered for the Champ Meet (no additional fee).
- Top Reserve Times may also be invited to Champ in order to fill a Heat (no add’l fee; no penalty for not coming)
Champ Meet: Saturday June 27, 2026 with a 9:30am Meet Start
Who can attend: Swimmers with qualifying times
**There is a limit of THREE (3) individual Events for each swimmer during the whole Champ Series.
- A swimmer MAY swim the same event number at both Reserve and Champ
- A swimmer may NOT swim more than a total of 3 separate individual Event numbers during the whole of Champ Series.
- For example: Fly and Free at Reserve, plus Back and Breast at Champ (a total of 4 events) is a NO!
- However, Free at Reserve--and making Champ Time--and then Free, Back, and Breast at Champ (a total of 3 events) is a YES!
