  • Families will enter through the doors at the gym. Doors open at 7:30 am.

TIME:

  • RESERVE MEET: Meet starts at 5:30 PM
  • CHAMP MEET: Meet starts at 9:30 AM

WARM-UPS:

  • June 26th-Reserve Meet: 4:40-5:00
  • June 27th-CHAMP Meet: 8:20-8:40

ORDER OF EVENTS: Events will be conducted in the order listed at the end of the link provided. All 6 and under events have been removed and 6U may participate in the 8U events. The Reserve Meet does not have any relays.

Events: Individual swimmers may enter a maximum of three (3) individual events and two (2) relay events for the Championship Series Meet. Please note, however, that swimming different events in the Reserve Meet and at the Champ Meet count as swimming two (2) individual events for the Championship Series Meet.

At the Champ meet, we will be following high school (NFHS) and USA Swimming rules regarding missed events. If a swimmer misses an event they will be removed from the remainder of the meet, unless the missed event is due to outside interference, e.g., the ready area, timers, etc. If a swimmer decides not to swim an event that they are entered in after scratches are due, their coach must notify the meet referee of the intent to declare a false start (DFS), prior to the start of the event.

ENTRY INFORMATION: A swimmer’s fastest time for the current CCSL regular season or Last Chance Meet must be submitted. A No Time (NT) may not be entered. Please plan accordingly. On-deck entries are NOT permitted for any Championship Series session.

Automatic Entries: Unless otherwise notified, swimmers who make Champ times during the Reserve Session will automatically be entered in the Championship Session. No additional fees will be assessed.

ENTRY FEES: Entry fees are $10.00 per swimmer per individual event.

SCRATCHES AND NO SHOWS: Running late or unexpectedly sick, please message Coach Kennedy @ 281-705-7450.

SCORING and AWARDS: The top twelve (12) Individual finishers at the Championship Series Final will receive awards.

  • Champ Medals (1st - 3rd place) and Ribbons (4th- 12th place) will be given to Team representatives at the end of the Meet on Saturday at Champ Meet Debrief
  • High Point – An award will be given to the swimmers earning the most points in each age group and gender (honorable mentions will be announced)
  • Trophy for team with the most points

CONCESSIONS: There will be concessions available for purchase during both days.

SCHOLARSHIP PRESENTATION: Scholarship winners will be announced during the opening of the meet.

On deck entries: For those teams and/or swimmers missing the entry deadline, on-deck entries will be accepted on site. • Registration table will accept on-deck entries from 4:00pm – 4:45 pm • ALL on-deck entries will be entered with an “NT.” • No on deck entries for events 1-10. They will be pre-seeded and are not eligible for on-deck entries.

Entry Fees: On-time Entry fees are $10.00 per swimmer per individual event, and On-deck entries are $20.00 per swimmer per individual event

Scratches: Scratches are due to the Meet Clerk by 4:45 PM. Entry fees are non-refundable

AWARDS: No awards will be given.

SCORING: The meet will not be scored.

CONCESSIONS: Limited Concession Stand provided by Clear Springs Aquatics Booster Club

AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES: Use of audio or video recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in the area behind the starting blocks, in changing areas, restrooms, showers, or locker rooms. Violators may be reported to law enforcement or other government authorities, and/or may be barred from the facility during the event.

Parking: The lot closest to the football field. Entrance to pool is right across parking lot from concession stand at baseball field NO INDOOR SET UP LIMITED GRASS AREA FOR SET UP-TEAMS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SHARE SPACE

Parking: Parking is in the large student lot next to Veterans Memorial Stadium.

Concessions: Concessions will be available. Cash or Zelle payments ONLY. Sweet Envy Luxury Shaved Ice will be on site selling snow cones

Pool Details: The pool is indoors. *The pool is located inside George B. Carlisle Field House, which is located next to Veterans Memorial

Spectator Area: Please leave the pool area once your swimmer has competed in their event to make room for others.

  • Tent set-up is in front of Carlisle Field House on the grassy area. Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent since set-up is outdoors.
  • Do not set up or camp out in the main lobby of the field house.
  • No permanent set-up in the natatorium.
  • No wet swimmers in the spectator stands or bathrooms - please dry off first!
  • Only swimmers, coaches, and ready area volunteers in the ready area.

You have 30 minutes after a result is posted to file a dispute. Please follow CCSL protocol.

10&Under Nauticats Social (Rescheduled)

All Nauticats 10&U are invited to a pool party in their honor! We'll have pizza and ice cream for the swimmers. Parents will need to provide their own picnic dinner and beverages for themselves and any younger siblings attending.  Older siblings should plan to stay home.

Join us for a night of Wacky Fun! We invite the swimmers from the league ages 11&Up to participate in a series of crazy races, as well as epic cannonball and belly flop contest. The whole team is invited to hang out and watch the fun, but only Nauticats 11 years and older may participate. Our younger swimmers are the timers! Cost is $5 to participate, and everyone leaves with a prize.
